Actually there are a lot of statutes and court cases that prove what you are saying is false. BTW do you know that by spreading this line of crud if someone takes your advice and is then sued by the US Govt they can come after you as well? Read Publication 2105 (www.irs.gov) and then start reading the court cases that back up this evidence. And STOP giving people advice that you wont be able to back up

EVERY single person that has tried to claim that has lost their court battle. What are your thoughts on that?

Oh...so you have extensive total recall of every court case in the US? Oh I didn't know that.

Go ahead, stop paying your income tax, I want to see how far you get.

If it really were a legitimate way out of paying income taxes, do you really think that we wouldn't stop?

i love FAFSA. They seize a lot tax fraud lengthy previously the IRS does. Your mom owes any consequences the IRS hits her with--she develop into meant to analyze the tax go back at the same time as it develop into being filled out. walking out of the preparer's workplace with a tremendous refund ought to were a tip off that something develop into incorrect. Her declare that the preparer padded the go back to maximise EIC and ACTC will fall on deaf ears as she agreed to it with suggestions from no longer amending previously. (And hint, after some consumers get stuck, the preparer's entire customer base will be audited.) As different's have referred to, the $1000 owed lower back is earnings tax that your mom ought to have owed, so she is the guy who has to pay it lower back. she will sue the preparer for consequences and interest, even if it isn't going she'll get something. She ought to and ought to report variety 14157 and 14157-A with the IRS.

You have to pay your taxes. The people telling you otherwise are lying to you so that you'll buy their books and tapes and seminars.

Best wishes and God bless.
