I need the e-mail returned to my hard drive

If you are not using Outlook, there should be a way to retrieve it from your old mail. Click the link to either "Old Mail" or "Trash" from you mail page.

Try using 'history' in your browser. It will display a page you viewed previously.

If it isn't in your e-mail trash, it is gone.
You could contact your provider to see if they could send it again or if you have a friend with the same provider you could ask them to fwd. their copy to you.

Check your trash folder (in your email).
