Are you insane? What has Arroyo done in the last two months except prove he is just another average pitcher. Rolen is a nice 3rd baseman, but you still have to look at this trade that you need to drop someone just to take on those two and it just isnt worth it.

No man, don't make that mistake big boy. You know Verlander has been consistent and will stay that way. Arroyo is known for being inconsistent and Rolen is bothered by injuries. Keep him.

I wouldn't do it - though it's not a bad offer. Things to consider:

- are you in a keeper league; if the answer is yes then DON"T make this trade
- do you need a 3B? there are plenty of good ones this year, and Rolen has not been one of the best. If he's a significant upgrade for you, and there are no other options in FA, then maybe you could consider it, but I still say no.

I would verlander has pitched too many innings and hes gonna need some rest meanwhile rolen has pujols and edmonds with him and arroyo has a potent cincy offense

the person that said rolen has been bothered by injuries this year is dead wrong. Rolen hasnt missed any time this year.
