im taking a train called the amtrak in montana and there were two different trains. one of them is an 8 empire builder which costs $46 and one that is called a 28 empire builder which is $59. what is the difference between an 8 and 28 empire builder?? plz help!!

actually, the 8 empire is $77 and the 28 one is only $35. but i still dont know wut they r so i still need help!!
