Zinc is very important for any procedure.The body uses it as an antiseptic and it speeds up the regrowth of the fibers that were damaged during the procedure.

since you didnt state the nature of the surgery, i would have to say.... get plenty of rest and let the body recouperate on its own time frame. your body knows what it is doing and how much it can tolerate better than you do, listen to it.
