Yes, each business will usually have a sign posted that indictaes "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone", that way they can deny serving you if they so choose.

He can refuse you service for any reason really. I'd go ask him what the problem was and see if there was any way you could work around it. He may really respect that fact that you came to him like an adult.

Maybe not, but he can get around it by saying he thought you were intoxicated... and even if you go through the trouble of legally proving you weren't, he can simply say "I thought you were. I was wrong. Sorry."

No, not just because he doesn't like you--it has to be a true reason. Maybe because you didn't pay your bill, you are too loud when you go in, you get drunk and cause a fight, etc. And for this they should post signs.

Legaly NO. The signs that says they can refuse service is a one-way contract that you had no say in it thus you can actualy sue them for discrimination...

yes it is, I had this problem several years ago and checked into it; my findings were that all bussinesses reserve the right to refuse service for whatever reason.
