Hello!
You wanted to hear my ratings, so here they are:
Quarterback: Peyton Manning and Jake Delhomme
Peyton Manning is the best regular season quarterback in the history of American football. Period. With Manning, I doubt you even need a backup. Wow, nice job in getting Manning. Jake Delhomme isn't bad, either. This guy can throw for 30 touchdowns every year. The downside is that he can really kill you with his interception totals. Start Manning every game that you can because Delhomme is too inconsistent. Nice job.
Grade: A
WR: Chad Johnson, Santana Moss and Reggie Wayne
This is a very good WR corps. Chad Johnson is probably the second best receiver in the game. I do have some issues with him, though. Is Carson Palmer going to be okay? Can Palmer still get the ball to a streaking Johnson? If Palmer is okay, than Johnson is a good pick. Santana Moss is a really big question mark in my mind. Moss had a huge year last year, but can he do it again this year? I seriously doubt it, so I would trade him as soon as I could. Mark Brunell is one of the biggest jokes in professional football and I don't know if he is the quarterback that Moss needs in order to ensure success. Reggie Wayne is Peyton Manning's favorite target, unless your in the Red Zone; than its Marvin Harrison. Wayne has very healthy receiving totals, but he had a major letdown in touchdowns last year. If he can bring these totals up to scratch, than you got one heck of a WR corps. I have to mention that your team has no depth at WR, though. What if one of your guys goes down? Who are you going to replace him with because it doesn't seem to me that you have any other Wideouts. You have to get another one right away.
Grade: B+
RB: DeShaun Foster, DeAngelo Williams, Ahman Green and Mike Anderson
My, my, my..... You are extremely weak at the position that matters the most. Foster will never get through any season without getting injured; that is a fact. DeAngelo Williams playing time strictly depends on Foster's performance on the field. Will Ahman Green recover from last year's disaster? Will Mike Anderson get any playing time behind Jamal Lewis? Catch my drift? You reallly need to trade for a running back and fast, other wise, your team will fall like a stone in the standings.
Grade: C-
TE: Jeremy Shockey and Heath Miller
Really nice job. Shockey is surrounded by offensive talents in Tiki Barber and Eli Manning, and Heath Miller is no slouch, either. Watch out, I wouldn't be surprised if Miller exploded this year.
Grade: A+
K: Adam Vinatieri and Shayne Graham
Vinatieri is playing in a dome now... Do I have to say anything more? Graham is one of the most solid kickers in the league...
At least your special teams is first class.
Grade: A+
Defense: Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Redskins
The Steelers have the best defense in the league. They shut down the Bengals, Colts, Broncos and Seahawks on their way to a Super Bowl victory. Arguably the best 4 offenses in the game...
The Redskins have an underrated defense. Expect them to be first - class this year.
Grade: A
Overall Grade: B. Your grade would be a lot higher if you had some solid running backs.
In reference to your question, I believe that your team is very good except for your running backs.
However, that doesn't matter because running backs provide the most points in fantasy football.
Some suggestions...
1. Pick up a running back - Some sleepers are C.Houston of the New York Jets and Frank Gore of the San Francisco 49ers.
2. Get another Wideout - You don't have any depth at this position. What are you going to do if one of them is struggling or not doing well?
3. Start Ahman Green for now. DeAngelo Williams isn't starting yet, so Green is the safer choice for now.
Some trades you can make...
1. Jake Delhomme and DeShaun Foster for Lamont Jordan/Tiki Barber/ other solid running backs.
2. Attempt to get Keyshawn Johnson - This guy is gonna bust out bad playing along side Steve Smith.
Other than that, nice job.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me at adamgstang@yahoo.com.
Hope that helps.
P.S. I don't know if this is a good answer or not, but if it is, would you mind if I ask you for a recommendation?

your RB are going to sink you. You don't even have a #2!!
When you take Manning #1, you can't afford to go WR with 2 of your next 3 picks - you needed RB.
That said, time to get Chad out on the market for the RB you should have taken in round 2.
The rest of your team is decent - though I question your strategy;
You took delhomme too early, unless you're starting 2 QB's - you have Manning - there was no need to take another QB until the last 3 rounds.
You have 2 of the top 5 kickers in the league. Your 2nd kicker should have been your very last pick, which it clearly was not.
Same thing with TE.
Drop the Skins D (no need to carry 2, just pick one up when you need it) and get Samkon Gado to protect Ahman.
When you have top players (the kind you would never bench for any reason other than bye weeks) don't draft another player at that position (other than WR and RB where you can never have enough) until the end of the draft. With Kickers and Defense, it's ok to have no backups at all. Just pick them up as needed.

I think you're going to have to depart with Delholmme (I'm assuming you're a Panther fan with this draft) to get anything halfway decent in terms of another running back, which you will have to have; Manning and your WR's will keep you competitive, but what happens if Peyton plays half a game in one of your playoff weeks because they are resting him?
In fact, try to trade Foster now for a servicable RB; I guarantee you DeAngelo will have that job wrapped up before the season's out.

Looks pretty good to me except obviously your running backs, but Peyton is the best QB and C.Johnson the best WR in football so you will be okay.
