no it's not, begging is asking for something without give a criteria while negotiating is saying what you want, how you want it and no questions asked. in begging you have no choice on the matter or what you want while negotiating your exact demands have to be followed or the deal is off.

Hmmm. begging is a childs form of negotiating. so in a sense this could be correct if you were dealing with a childish adult.
