what is it for...can it help you if you have irregular periods?...Also what vitamin is the best for hair?

For periods, there are a few things... red rasperry leaf extract (sold in capsules), pomegranates, and cranberry. The best is "Just Cranberry" from Knudsen's - it is the only way to know exactly how much you are actually getting. Buying "cranberry cocktail" might have one part in ten that is actually cranberry. These are all highly acidic and high in iron... There's a regimen you could use if you want to make your periods more regular. A week before you should get your period, start taking a cup of cranberry juice every day. You can mix it into a cup of apple or grape juice to make it taste better. After your period starts, give it some support with the red raspberry leaf extract.

For hair, Vitamins A and E.
Take a good multivitamin.

i durrently take omega 3 and it helps my eyes the doctor says being that i work on computers all day and for my hair i am currently taking vitamin e and biotin. that has helped my hair grow so fast i am amazed. try it.

Omega 3 , has different using i never heard about this use but i think , using Omega3 is really good for health , that you can find it more in fish .
it is really good in winter for do not get cold.
