She is probably just growing, it is normal to feel some discomfort at that age. She may also be going through her monthly cycle and this will also cause them to itch and swell. If she is really scared than yes, she should go to the DR. As for telling the Dad, if he is anything like mine, just tell him you are having "female" problems and he will take you to the DR without to many questions.

Good Luck

Not all girls get as big as others. About the itching you should see a doctor

Is she just starting to develop? That could be why they're sore. As far as the itchiness, its probably just dry skin or from them stretching.Use a body lotion.Hopefully she hasn't had sex because my boobs hurt when I got pregnant(because they got bigger)

its normal some girls just develop early than others but if u have doubts is just best u ask a close female companion or when u go back to school ask the nurse

i felt some discomfort while mine were growing ... but they didn't itch though ... prevention is always better than cure rite? check it out with a doc.

my niece had the same problem when she was around 13 but it's gone now, the doctor told my sister that it was growing pains, it's rare that you get it but it is possible, i never dealt with it myself
