I've never met a woman whose natural hair color I didn't like better than a dye job. I don't even like "highlighted" hair. The "frame" is supposed to compliment the "picture"- not detract from it for its own sake.

Natural is good, but it does not hurt to highlight your current color or cover up gray hair if it makes you look old.
