...Pending injuries...Brunell, Delhomme, and possibly even Brett Favre again (Like I said...pending injury) Injuries killed Favre's offense last season, he has a shot at a great final season if his offense stays healthy...he deserves it.
Brunell has Lloyd, Moss, Cooley, and Randel El...how can he possibly be bad? Brunell isn't really known to be a big impact QB....but he is enough to get things done with a group like that on offense.
Delhomme has Foster, Colbert, Johnson, and Smith....he has no real excuse to do poorly either....With how he's been improving over the past few seasons...anything anyone says about him being a bad QB has gone right up their asses as a load of crap. He knows how to win the big games...probably better than Peyton Manning...his playoff record thus far makes Manning's look like a peon...and now Delhomme has a receiving group that can put him over 4000 yards...that is if Carolina was a pass based team...they run a lot...but as you've seen...Delhomme knows how to pass.
Favre still has Driver as a #1 options...and then a wide variety of other targets...Green is good with screen passes, Franks is always a pretty reliable guy to throw to, Robert Ferguson is still finding his place but has been shadowed by Walker and Driver....Rod Gardner has had a 1000 yard season with another team and is now joining the offense...then newly acquired rookie Greg Jennings...a very decent option at #4...Favre should do fine.

If I had to make a guess.. I'd say John Kitna, who has already been named the Detroit starter, is one possibility if a few things fall into place..
If the Lion's receivers stay healthy AND live up to 75% of their potential, then Kitna would be an excellent 3rd or 4th round pick, because he can still deliver the ball and with a better touch than Harrington..
Next prereq is the Lion's line has to protect the QB as well as poke holes for the running game..
If you get into the mid rounds and find you are lacking a QB, or want a QB to protect against injury to a first tier, Kitna should be considered.. But for goodness sake don;t take him before the 3rd or 4th rounds..

I would say is Aaron Brooks. He's in a better team in terms of offensive weapons and will put up good numbers. With a healthy Randy Moss and Ronald Curry, Brooks is going to be able to run Oakland's offense better than Kerry Collins.

if Dante Culpepper plays he might be motivated by the Vikings dumping him to light up the AFC. he's good enough to do it.
