There are a number of reasons why someone has trouble with reading... poor eyesight or blind, the eye muscles may be weak and jerk when trying to track, or there may be wiring problems in the person's brain, between symbols they see and words they hear. There are ways to help people with each of these problems, which is why we have special education.
