Could someone tell me a site that lets you get paid just for surfing the web?

sure, try to look for a job as a tester at a large internet company. You might need some tech skills but nothing really difficult. You could also try a commercial job at an internet company, you'll be online all the time ;-)

Try getting a job as researcher or setting yourself as a freelance researcher. I had a temporary job soon after I graduated for an author writing a book. It wasn't all that lucrative but it kept the proverbial wolf from the door for a while.
