ITS CALLED "JUST BECAUSE MY SKIN IS BLACK."
Just because my skin is black doesn't mean a thing,
I can become president and if I put my heart to it, I can do anything.
I'm not gonna fall into some peoples thought that all blacks are bad,
'Cause really, that lie is worn out and it's getting pretty sad!
A black person can do thigns just like any other man,
All he/she has to do is put their heart into it and believe they can.
Alot of people hink that a persons skin color describes who they are and will remain,
But really, those are the people to blame.
People like that are spineless, stupid, and cruel,
They think their skin color is dominant, but thats not rule.
A Wise Man once said that all man are created equal,
But some people can't accept that, they have to make a sequel.
I'll be somebody one day,
And I don't need someone to tell me that my skin color will get in the way.
No matter if I am Black, White, Mexican or mixed with the all,
I know that someday I'll stand proud and tall!!!

It is VERY good, I have read other peoples opinion, it is not too long or emotional. I am part black and my family (elders on dad's side) have been through so much. I hate that humans can be that way. To a small degree I deal with it still. You said what you felt, and that means alot. Well, idk what else to say, keep it up. I love to see a proud black man break sterio types. But in closing, remember, it is not white people who are wrong... it is PEOPLE who are wrong. This kind of thing has happened since the begining of history, it's not white vs black... it's male vs female, youth vs age, straight vs gay, Republican vs Democrat... it is the way of the world alot of times and it is sick. Thank you for your poem.

If someone who was white made this poem and it was about white pride, I bet many would think it to be outrageous.

I liked the direction you are going, but it needs alittle more rythm than making statements to tie it all together...all in all I like it.

i like it alot because it shows how people think still and how they r still judgefull. jus because they look different and there not like them.its really good though keep writing.
