Well, If you really are looking for school clothing discounts, I would wait until maybe early Aug, like now, or mid Aug. They tend to send out the most coupons or discounts.
But FOREVER 21 does have inexpensive clothing all year round. They are all really cheap and cute.
If your willing to spend a little more, I would try Target.. They have some adorable polka dot t-shirts, even though everyone already has it, but it still is majorly cute.
American Eagle is a little more expensive, but well worth it. Jeans range from 29.20- 49.50. They a lot of really nice items.

this might sound bad but the best place to shop are thrift stores there are even thrift store that only sell deigner clothing and one time a found a pair of hudson jeans at a thrift shop for $6.49 also a tone of ae and hollister stuff you should try it out

well abercrombie has like really cute clothes but they are a little expensive like there jeans are from 20 dollars on clearence to 100 dollars, sizes 10-16slim the shirts range from 9.90 to like 50.20, sizes sm-xL . go to www.abercrombie.com or just go to the store which is at most malls.
