I couldn't find the date of the IPO, but I found the following at:

investor.ea.com:

15. What year and where was EA incorporated?
EA was incorporated in California on May 27, 1982. EA was reincorporated from California to Delaware, effective as of September 19, 1991.

The earliest stock price on their website was for Jan 2, 1990 @ $0.55

Not sure, but if I sell my portfolio, I'll be set! Working for a company that abuses their employees is not the best thing in the world, but if those suckers pay me, grant me shares and gives me free videogames, it's all good!
