Not a good idea.

Heat lamps are much more efficient & closer to nature... lizards warm up by basking in sunlight not looking for a heating pad!

No, You will kill it. If you are going to own a pet be prepared to buy what it needs to survive. For a bearded dragon you need a decent heat lamp, and a decent uv lamp. a heating pad for reptiles will work but If you already have the lamps you dont need anything else.

And stay away from heated rocks they will eventully barbecue the belly of your pet.

no never do that! human heating pads can burn an animal and aren't meant to be left on all the time. get a heat lamp at a pet store.

You shouldn't use any type of heat pad for a bearded dragon.

No. You shouldn't use any sort of heat source that a beardie can touch, because it's very easy for them to burn themselves that way. Stick to a heat lamp and undertank heater.

no that would cause serious burns on the reptile. i would suggest a heat lamp or undertank heating pad.
a head rock can cause burns. my iguana had burned scales on his legs/belly when i took him to the vet. where i bought him they had a heat rock in there and he also had a broken toe and a healed broken knee.

Ice. An ice bag and/or an ice rubdown ought to help. Fill an ice bag with ice cubes and place it on the muscle for 10-minute increments. For an ice rubdown, fill some Dixie cups with water and freeze interior the freezer. Then peel off the coolest area of the frozen cup and function somebody rub the muscle with the iced cup for 10 minutes. solid success.
