How can I display an actual photo here in YQ&A,,,rather than my Avatar?

you have to start a 360 page and load your pic to there, then go to your Q&A homepage, click on 'Edit my info' and check the box under 'Use my 360 pic'

Click on your name.. on your profile page click on edit profile.. there you will see the picture options.
