i have had similar problems with rats, It seems that they are unable at a young age to initiate bowel movements, in the wild their mother licks around their anus to help them go, you need you get a warm q-tip and wipe around their anus or feces will back up and they will surley die due to toxicity, I know it sounds gross but it's true. Pedialyte warmed in a syringe is very good for them to. Give them pieces of some hold fuzzy ripped up towel to comfort them and make sure they have enough heat as they most likely don't have enough hair to keep themselves warm, make sure it's not too hot. Look on the internet for ideal incubation temperatures.

I hope you don't mean that you're feeding them cow's milkI don't think they'll need that.. most other animals can't digest it well. I would look at see if I could find something else. You can usually get sheep milk at places like Tractor Supply, or a feed store but I would check petsmart for mouse milk.. or supplement. Good luck.

Cows milk probably isn't good for them. Try calling your local animal hospital...they can put you in contact with a wildlife rescue.
They are going to die in your care. Best to get them to a professional. You probably should have left them in the shed. Doubt mommy will want them back now that they smell like a human.
Good Luck.

The mother might have come back if you had left the babies alone. Now that you have interfered, she almost certainly will not. There is really no substitute for their mother's milk at that age.

I raised a baby wood rat on cat formula I got from the feed store. As he got older he loved oatmeal, granola and Cheeze Its.
