The person is my life partner and he is in prison now and we need to get some of his and my records to get him out.

If I lived in that county I would, but I have moved due to the crooked court system there. I have never been in trouble with the law and never has he and we are 50 yrs. old. also to the one that ask where we met, that has nothing to do with any of this.

iIknow what they say he did, but I have find evidence on them not having a warrent to arrest him after his 120 day treatment

You could try the clerk of courts for the county that he is from. I have found people's records that way.

Some states will have a site to look up criminals and see what their status is. It will also tell you what crime they are in there for plus other convicted crimes. However to actually obtain prisoner records you will need to go to court house and have a statement from "your man" stating authority to obtain them which of course has fees. And you might also get the info from his lawyer but again you will need a paper stating permission for this

you can get records on your from the court it was heard in. he can get records on him the same way. You can not get criminal records on him though that way. He would have to.
the only major open state regs for criminal records are for sex offenders. and with those most states are free but some still charge

Sounds a little wierd, but to answer your question:
I believe you can go to your local courthouse and look up a person's record, as long as you have their personal information.
