Im looking to make a we page so i can download my pics of my family and my vacations and get aways.......

those're free sites that you can put stuff on, to actually make the page, you use html... just do a simple search on google and you can get a bunch of different guides so you can find one you like... and i recommend using freewebs.com as they have fewer popups....

You can build a website using HTML or if that is a little to complex you can use pre-buit sites (not recomended).
