All day, every day, unfortunately. Just try to do the next right thing and accomplish something each day. God Bless.

Yes, that happens to me often. Then I end up getting depressed.

I discovered that I just needed to make a list of a few things and then start with the first one. One job at a time, mark it off as it's completed (it always makes me feel better to mark something off & have something to show for my work). It's better than trying to see the whole big picture & just giving up.

You can adopt Fly Lady's philosophy of doing things 15 min. at a time ... she calls it taking Baby Steps to get to your goals. Here is her website.

While it primarily has to do with getting your house in order, I find it works for so many other things as well. For instance, I used to always put off deep cleaning the fridge (shelves etc.), but when I just break the job into 15 min. chunks it's not as overwhelming. Same for any other project that I'm working on.

Hope this helps you, too ... I know it's helped me a lot!
