Will current US law prevent me from purchasing and owning a mood ring if I've not had the experience of having painted a friend's boat?

are you serius? if you are go play in traffic......but no they wont stop you from having a mood ring where did you get the idea that you have to paint a boat in order to own a mood ring?

What does painting a boat have to do with owning a mood ring?
A guy bought a mood ring for his wife, she was pissed off cuz she wanted a diamond. When a friend asked her about her new ring She said," When I'm in a good mood it turns blue, and when I'm in a bad mood it makes a big frikkin red mark on his forehead.. Maybe next time he'll buy me a diamond."
I'll give ya a mood ring if you'll just wash and wax my boat!

Nope.... everyone has to have painted a boat at some point in their lives... the first woman to answer had painted a picture of a sail boat as a child... that counted.
All sarcasm aside... why on earth would you think the US Govt would CARE if you owned a mood ring?

what? a simple mood ring that changes color? you can get those pretty much anywhere. why in the heck would you paint a friends boat? i think you were suckered into doing that cuz that has absolutely nothing to do with that

I own a mood ring and I've never painted anyone's boat, so I don't see any reason you shouldn't own a mood ring. :)
