I have been going to college forever what you call the 10 year program, and i work full time. I don't have any financial backup (parents, etc) and don't wan to run up debt in student loans. What would you recommend in a best planned method? Because i know it can be done. But just your thoughts or ideas. Thanks.

Accept the fact that you will have no life while you finish school.

Figure out what the max course load you can handle is during the evenings and weekends and still have time for homework and tests.

Find out enough about your major from students 1-2 years ahead of you in school to find out which profs/courses are killer and which are fluff. Try to mix a hard and easy class at same time.

Try to get something set up with your job that allows you to work a flexible schedule so you can work more when school isn't busy and less when you are in crunch time. That or jobs that let you study during the down time on the job.

I finished my BS at night while working full-time, which I did because my employer paid my tuition. I took 2 classes per semester and two every summer. My school didn't offer weekend classes, at least at that time, or I would have done that. You have to be organized and honestly, you have to figure out the minimum amount of work that will get you a good grade. My bosses and the people in my life were very supportive (well, not the first boyfriend, but he didn't last long). My boyfriend would yell at me if I wasn't studying and help my study when I took subjects he'd had. Good Luck. Its tough but you can finish this.

If you can, take 2 courses at the same time.
If your studies are aligned with your work, do some of your work projects for school credit/research.
Then, one or two semesters: take "vacation" from work, and do a full-term load of coursework for that semester.

It's amazing how the duration gets shortened with a combination of all of these options.

Good luck!
