This is a trick question. Israel's military nuclear program has never been officially acknowledged but is the "elephant in the room" when it comes to international atomic issues. It is another reason why the U.S. is willing to break the Non-Proliferation Treaty and give nuclear power technology and enriched uranium to India, even though India has tested nuclear weapons.

How about....
Because Israel has a REAL democracy and Iran just has a government controlled media backed by a theocracy?
OR because Iran backed the Beirut embassy bombing of 1983?
OR because Iran really doesn't need nuclear energy since they are sitting on so much oil, so therefore their interest is probably sinister?
OR because Israel already has nukes pointed at every major Arabic city, and therefore there is no need to restrict nuclear power?

Israel is an ally. Israel is not a sponsor of terrorism. Israel is a democracy. Israel is not ruled by religous extrimists. Iran is the complete opposite and would be dangerous with nukes.

For one thing, Israel is not a "rogue" nation, selling nuclear secrets to Pakistan and North Korea.
I guess my opinion is this, Israel needs to USE her nuclear weapons AGAINST IRAN sooner, rather than later, also against Syria. And, not just 1 or 2 nuclear warheads but 5-7. Make it rain glass!

well, we dont think that israel is likely to ship a nuke over here to blow up new york city any time soon, or sell one to anyone who might. Plus, they already have it, and they have nukes too.
