The only way to deal with the overwhelming fatigue that sometimes comes with pregnancy is to listen to your body and rest - or sleep. If you work during the day, then you might consider lunching at your desk and then taking 45 minutes or an hour for a nap somewhere (at home if you're close). If you are a stay-at-home mom, just squeeze short naps in when you can. And of course go to bed at a decent hour.
When you're pregnant you'll never get ALL your energy back, because everything is going to be different for 9 months with all that's going on in your body. Even later on in the pregnancy when they say you "have more energy" it's kind of relative because they just mean compared to how you felt in the early part, which was like zero energy!
Oh, and be sure that your fatigue is not due to dehydration or deficiencies of iron or protein. Pregnant women are especially vulnerable to this.
Are you absolutely sure you're pregnant? Might want to get a blood test because this could possibly be something like mono or another infection.

Just yesterday you said that you had 2 negative preg tests. Maybe you have West Nile Virus. Sounds like it is hitting hard again this summer, especially in the mid-west, and mountain states.

yeah either your pregnant or have a brain tumor. No seriously go to your doctor if you are overly tired. There are numerous health issues that have symptoms of exhaustion.

Take a pregnancy test and get tested for STDs. You can never be too sure you know. Good luck to you! ;-)

Take a test to be sure you are pregnant first.
Then see a doctor and go from there.

You definitely need to go see a doctor. you could have anemia. I've had my whole life and felt that way and my pregnancy made it worse. so go get it checked out. you might need more iron.
