Rosacea is often associated with excessive oiliness. Usually, the nose and cheeks are the worst affected areas, these become flushed red in appearance as spots and lumps cover the skin. Essential oil treatments combined with a sensible diet, exercise, and fresh air often clear up the problem. Stimulants should be avoided. Smoking, alcohol, coffee, tea, chocolate, and no dairy until symptoms have gone. Don't you see your body is trying to tell you your doing something wrong. drink plenty of water to flush out toxins. and eat veges, fish, chicken, and beans.for one month be sure you are not allergic to any of these foods.

see a dermatologist, then see an allergist, don't live with this
any longer...yes these do cost money...but if you are asking
for help...this needs to be at the top of your priority list....so
take care of yourself...you are important, anyhow, how can you go on with you life and be all you can be while being distracted
by this. This is controlable....it is doable...take care of it so you
can be all you can be in everything you do and feel better about
yourself!

well you could have an alergy to sun/heat. I believe it's call roatia or something like that. Or you could have an alergy to whatever soap product you are using. You never said if you were male or female, you could be alergic to your make up. Could be many things. I suggest you go to your doctor and ask him for a referal to a dermatologist...

Hmm. It could be roseacea, I'm not sure. See if your doctor will give you a referral to a dermatologist.

First of all see a doctor... I think it is a rash of some sort. Don't itch in the mean time. Talk to your doctor before anything.
