Regarding the first question.
I have 4 good OF's in G.Mathews, J.Damon, C. Lee and Griffey. but i also have a pretty good 3rd baseman in Atkins which is why this is a hard decision. Plus theres a chance i may also end up with J.Dye if i can negociate this trade well in which case i'm not worried about losing Griffey.

It depends, do you have a good 3rd baseman. If not, I would definately take Ensberg, especialy since outfielders are easier to come by. Also, perhaps you need a specialty player for your team at this stage of the game, like someone you have on the bench or someone in FA who hits for a high average or steals lots of bases. So the move depends on many factors.

No I would keep Griffey , at this point his upside is better than ensberg's ,and Better drawing power for thr fans .
