I can't seem to find a website to buy a cingular phone with no contracts and just the phone at a reasonable price....I'm on pick your plan and need a new phone. People buy there phones with debit cards for at $20.00 I heard...So whats a good site to take debit??

Ebay is a good start, but I like Tigerdirect.com for new phones with a wider selection. Honestly, though, sometimes your carrier is still cheaper, depending on how long you've been with them.
