I have seen no reports as yet that he is dead.

However, he has cancelled a concert that he was due to perform with John Fogarty. The reason given was scheduling conflicts.

The John Fogerty and Willie Nelson show scheduled for tomorrow at Chevrolet Amphitheatre has been canceled.

Promoter Live Nation said in a statement that the concert here and one scheduled for today in Bristow, Va., were canceled "due to scheduling conflicts." Refunds are available at place of purchase.

Patrons who exchanged their Post-Gazette Pavilion tickets for the Chevrolet Amphitheatre show can obtain a refund by mailing their tickets to Live Nation, 125 W. Station Square Drive, Pittsburgh, 15219.

That doesn't indicate that it was due to the ill-health of Fogarty or Nelson. Hopefully, both will keep on giving us pleasure well into the future.

Well his concert was cancelled due to conflicts, and his "highway" in texas which was to be named after him was rejected....or dead/killed in some aspects. He is very much alive.
