how bad is that?

Give the guy credit for being honest. Most guys would just get what they want and then sneak out in the middle of the night.

How is a one night stand that's over in the morning so much better than a one night stand that's over after a few hours? What's so great about listening to each other snore for 8 hours, then smelling each other's bad breath in the morning?

He's no different then any other guy. Didn't you ever see "When Harry Met Sally?"

Harry: The whole life-of-a-single-guy thing. You meet someone, you have the
safe lunch, you decide you like each other enough to move on to dinner. You
go dancing, you do the white-man's over-bite, go back to her place, you have
sex and the minute you're finished you know what goes through your mind? How long do I have to lie here and hold her before I can get up and go home? Is thirty seconds enough?

Sally: (In disgust) That's what you're thinking? Is that true?

Harry: Sure! All men think that. How long do you want to be held afterwards? All night, right? See there's your problem, somewhere between thirty seconds and all night is your problem.

No offense, but that is pretty bad. I think you know already that he is using you and ontop of that, to come out and tell you that he wants a one night stand and not stay... tells how bad of a character he is. He just wants some *** and you know that.
One night stands happen all the time, but mostly its not discussed before hand, or it just happens at a party or bar. They can be fun for both people at times, but not always.
He wants you as a booty call and you should be better than that and tell him to find some *** some where else if he is going to be a dog.

When it comes to one night stands... the general rule is you're not suppose to sleep over.
However in your case, I get the feeling you're seeking something more than a mere "booty call"... which is why your guy is hesitant on sleeping over - 'cause that simply means you want a relationship.
Plus he looks like he's just out to add you as one more of his sexual conquests. Don't waste your time with him. Move along for someone whose worthy of your company.

Here's a reply, "So sorry, pal. When you're a big boy and can spend the night, give me a call. Until then, I don't do 3 hour stands."

Depends on how "bad" your self-esteem is... you teach people how to treat you... is this a precedent you want to set? I don't think so. The fact that you're questioning it indicates that you probably already know the answer. I think you deserve better, don't you?! If he has a problem with sleeping over he's probably married. Good luck!

that doesn't make sense to begin with. if he can't even sleepover then tell him to quit fantasizing because it will probably never happen unless he leaves his parents. or do it in the morning, which totally doesn't compare with night. btw, is he even worth it? don't just get laid because you wanna, do it with someone you can connect your soul with.

Worst ever. You aren't going along with this are you? Seriously. What a pathetic excuse for a man.
