For me it is either the 'burning' scene at the end of the Wicker Man or the 'kerb' scene near the beginning of the amazing American History X. eeeeeek!!!

#6 - PREDATOR - the Predator uses his plasma cannon and explodes Jesse Ventura's character "Blains" chest wide open. You can see his ribs and it really looks like there is a foot wide hole in him.
#5 - ALIEN - the Xenomorph drops down on top of one of the crew members and uses his jaws to burst through the man's skull scattering his brains on the ground.

the whole of the French film Irreversible. it is one disturbing movie and the subway scene is.... not one to show on BBC1 after the Queen's Xmas speech.
Cannibal Holocaust is incredible and graphic (Blair Witch ripped it off big time by the way.) Followers of true horror films should watch this uncut. you will never forget it

Lots of disturbing scenes in a film called 'Very Bad Things'...what makes it so disturbing is that the scenes of horror are also very darkly funny. I highly recommend this film!

I saw 'Clockwork Orange' when I was WAY too young to have done so and just the milk bar scene at the beginning with those tables really shocked me!! (I was a very naive 15 yr old! =) )

The rape scene in "Baise Moi" was probably the worst one.....had to turn off the film and could only watch it a couple of days later...really really bad!!
Other than that it was a great film.

Can't remember the name of the film but its about some guys touring Europe and they go to Chec looking for women they think they have dropped on but they all get kidnapped and tortured by business men and rich men.
Its a shocker. quite disturbing.

I extremely consider A in this one! Mirrors is a maximum annoying and creepy action picture ever... i could no longer even seem in a mirror after that for each week! lol. Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, where The Creature rips out Elizabeth heart. NASTY!!! And on the Mummy where the beetle crawls inside Imhotep mouth and then he starts chewing on it. UGH!!!
