The school will probably have a specific uniform. Ring them and ask them. They will probably also have their own "uniform shop", where you can buy what you are supposed to have. Depending on how strict they are, they could have uniform shoes, or you might be able to wear your own, depending on the rules (colour, heel hight etc). You can just go to a normal shoe shop and pick something out. Black, plain, boring. You can't go wrong! Good luck!
ps. on your first day you'll be ably to see from the others and teachers, how strictly the uniform is taken.

The only thing you should know about uniform is that make sure you keep on the little bits that the school is particular about like your coat or your tie - and shoes are important too, i presume most schools just want plain black school shoes - I always buy my shoes online but that is because I have very big feet and can't get them in shops, so all the online shops I Know only sell big sizes (most online shops are made particularly for big sizes or you wouldn't need to get them online) - Just go to a local shoe store and get some plain black shoes - ask your new school what shop they recommend for school uniforms because certain shops specialise in stocking school uniform cheaper - or - the school itself sells it.

If your school does not have a shoe requirement, then wear whatever you like! Your shoes could be the part of your uniform that shows your individuality. Good Luck!!! Different schools require different types of uniforms for students.

I had to wear a uniform from FIRST grade to FIFTH grade. I hated it. But I was always wanting to wear funny clothing so I guess it helped. Just make sure you are comfortable in your uniform because if your not comfortable then you won't be like relaxed and you won't learn and it will be all boring! Go to ebay.com and shop for shoes.

Yoiu should try Clarks. They are very good for schools shoes or even Barrats. If you want to spend a bit of money you could go to Shue.
Also, if you are going to roll up your skirt, make sure it's even. And not too short. If you want to look cool and casual in your uniform, keep two buttons of your shirt open and make sure your tie is loose.

Contact the school. They wil not only tell you WHAT you can wear, but also places to get the uniform pieces. As for shoes, must schools spell out EXACTLY what you can and cannot wear even for shoes.
