What are you cleaning?

If it's animal related you MUST use something to remove the residue. The best are organic. Janitoral suppliers will have an organic liquid to spray on the spot. If you do not do this the animal can still smell where they went before and will go right back to that spot again. THEN a shampooer is good. If it's stains, then you can go from the easy ones(Spot Shot-spray arisol) to the tougher spots. I have a booklet that lists pretty well all kinds of stains, but you can go to Heloise(yeah, the one in the newspaper) and get a list of what to do with just about any kind of stain. Just Google "Heloise" or maybe "Heloise helpfull hints"
