itunes still won't download...?

someone on here told me to buy a music card. I checked Itunes.com and it says nothing about a music card.

I follow all the directions and an error window pops up about how it can't be downloaded. But yet it still charges my credit card. Please give some insight...

Sorry, you cannot buy them online. You have to buy them in-store. That doesn't explain why you have been billed though. Raise a complaint to Apple, maybe you will get free music cards or something!!!
