The 1940's song "It Had To be You" speaks of loving another despite his/her imperfections. It means a lot to me. Three more recent ones that I find powerful are "Your Song" by Elton John, and "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion, and "Our House" by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Oh and there's also another oldie, "My Funny Valentine."
