This websites contains the texts of a leaflet edited DURING WWII in 1945 for american soldiers stationed in France.
It was edited BY the U.S. Army, wich provides answers for each of the "gripes".
Some are indeed interesting answers we can still use now. On othere points, however, things have changed!
