Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

not good in reality unless you can find a private investor . When you screw up your credit it comes back to haunt you in many ways and this is one of those ways . You have a great idea and nobody will lend to you because you forgot to pay your last creditors and now you may have a great business but it will never get off the ground . Clean your credit up and then go to a bank and see what happens .

No you won't be able to get a loan for a small business with bad credit. The only thing that you can possibly do is get an investor or partners.
