It depends on the person, their genetics, their skin care routine, their health.I'm nearing 50 and I don't have wrinkles or sags because I wore sunglasses, sunblock, and a hat whenever I went out and never smoked or drank excessively. My grandparents and parents also had the tendency to not wrinkle.

It depends on the person, at the age of 25 I started noticing little things, like I had to work harder to keep up now at 29, I'm still very attractive, but I have more of a different kind of beauty not the young not the middle aged or old the skin changes and requires more attention, I have to exercise more and work a little harder at the make up end, but I believe anyone can be beautiful as long as they want, some were born to be beautiful, some work and succeed some do not enjoy the effort it takes, it's all about the person there stresses there joys everything takes it toll.

I am 39. I am told that I am attractive. I am not conceited enough to say that I agree but will relay my experiences. I am 5' 6" and 125 lbs, blond and fit. I still get carded when I go to bars. Men pay a lot of attention to me even when I am with my husband. His friends tell him that I am beautiful (I don't see it). My husband says so too all the time (but that is required of a good hubby, isn't it). My son in law jokes that I am almost as pretty as his wife (she is gorgeous). I work in a job with a lot of men (.7% of work force is female) and find men coming to watch me work and making comments often (not all G-rated). Last week 2 guys showed up with camera phones to take pictures of me in one place I go to work (my job takes me to a lot of different places). Funny thing is, 5 years ago, I was physically DOG UGLY! Honestly, a double bagger! I was over weight, sloppy and had very low self esteem. Decided that wasn't the way I wanted to look and started caring for myself better, monitoring my weight better, wearing flattering clothes and projecting self confidence. Am I happier now?? YOU BET. A person's looks don't have to fade. They will be change but not always for the worse. I have seen many physically beautiful retirement age people. Physical beauty is many times enhanced by character and wisdom. The opposite can be true for young "beautiful" people.

Everyone is different. Look at your parents and see how well they age, because that will give you a good idea if you lived the same life style they do. Now if you smoke and do a lot of drinking and partying that really speeds up the aging process. Also, now a days, they say to stay out of the sun. If you eat a good healthy diet and excercise, that helps keep you looking younger. Basically anything that is good for you, helps you stay younger looking.

searching at my avatar you does no longer trust i develop into virtually 24. I positioned on makeup even if it would not make me look any older. i'm merely chuffed that when I get to 40 5 I gained't look it. wearing makeup isn't 'fake'. i will't stand it at the same time as human beings say that. it is merely complimenting what you've already got. also, i don't have tremendous epidermis and look better with it coated up. And forget concerning the 'i imagine you're a guy' comments. i'm getting all of it the time. in case you choose to look diverse do something about it. commence wearing leggings with lengthy tops or skirts/dresses/shorts with tights rather of boyish jeans and dishevelled jumpers.

Fading is such a relative term, but I'd say most of start to go downhill in the looks department in our 40's.

All depends on genetics and how they take care of themselves. There are people in their 30's who look like they're 50, and people who are 50 and could pass for 30.

I see a lot of 20somethings that look as if they are older than their parents, so I guess age can fade at anytime.

It depends on whether you've smoked, done drugs, or tanned consistently. I'd say anywhere from 30-50 depending on you have taken care of yourself.
