If the account is only in your name you have limited options

First what is the value of the suit!!! you can try to sue your ex for it in small claims court depending on it's value, and that is determined by the state you live in.

The problem you will run into is proving that it was not a gift, and it was a purchase that your ex was suposed to pay, If you can take them to court, if not you might as well pay it off as not to ruin your credit and take the lesson you learned not to do this again

If she isn't going to take over payments and it wasn't clearly
a gift, then take it back and sell it on e-bay.

Take whatever proceeds you get and try to repay the loan.

She might, however, be able to claim that it is a gift and not
yours to resell. Having the suit (posession) will go along way
towards improving your options.

If you stop pmt you will then be referred to collectors and could ruin your credit. so you see this will have no affect on her. You can attempt to write her (certified) letters asking her to take over pmts or return the leather suite? You can then take her to small claims court.

You are screwed. It is you that is responsible for it. Just suck it up and be a man. You were stupid enough to pay for it in the first place now you need to deal with it.
