What is the code for a textarea that can hold other codes? Thanks so much!

I mean like how dwight's textarea can hold a code...when i try doing what he does it says i have mis-matched quotes!

What do you mean? Something like:



where you can set cols and rows accordingly?

If you want to include code in there, it is always safer to change < to < and > to > but I don't know what else you are asking. If you want, you can message me and we can discuss it in more detail, but that's all I can give you right now.

Update:

I'm afraid I don't understand how you are getting mismatched quotes. The textarea tag doesn't have an attribute. You stick whatever you want inside the opening and ending tag as in my example above. You'll see the same in Dwight's example as well.

Do you have an example in which you could show us?

i'm uncertain yet i imagine of this may help you position html codes interior the scrollbox. Scrollbox is preserve in this code. you need to substitute the colors and font via basically tweaking the code. basically position you codes the position it says "codes and html properly the following". i in my view favor this works!

you can have a text area hold whatever you want, but you can't make it bold, italics, etc. You can make the whole thing bold/italics,etc but not just certain sections.
