Do you mean that you still think 2000 could have caused some kind of chaos? I suppose you're right. Maybe it was all planned it 2000 the events that have happened in 2001 to today. But more than likely the events actually were planned before or after and the only significance is that it marked a new millineum.

If you are talking about year 2000CE which we start in what people currently would call 2007 then we know that the world will not be as it is today. We are really in the year 5766 which means that in 234 years time we will be in the 7th Day which is the Lord Day and will be last 1000 year when the anti-christ will reign over the earth, so don't worry about next year.
