The email was sent from their computer, not mine. It was the same email I had sent to them 4 months ago.
Any help will be appreciated. Please let me know how.

Emails have a date and time stamp. Can you prove you were elsewhere when it was sent?

Email has an IP address from the computer(network) it was sent from.

you should be able to trace the IP of the person who sent it through the e-mail header, if you're on a static net connection, it wont be the came as yours.

Thats the bad thing about internet...............anyway you can prove on basis of time and date that the mail carries
