I must admit there are times when questions like this particular one gives me pause, or even shock. It is important to be able to approach them with friendliness intent. It is sort of testing the waters. Start out trying to find out if they have anything in common with you, then proceed.

tell them what u really want to do, that is make friends sorry frenx with them....just make sure u look up the word frenx b4 u ask them

Approaching him/her and talking is the key.
start by saying "HI" or "hey, wazzup"...once u get started, there is no stopping.
