yes it is but there are several cures
1)he or she needs to get laid
2)unplug the computer
3)unplug the phone or ethernet chord
4)be more interesting so your friend will want tospend time with you and not the computer

yes, my family is addicted to the computer..they fight over it and im just like "man, the computer contols your lives." i still dont kno what to do to get them outside and away from it...i ussaully say something like "reality is calling, lets go outside" and they feel bad and they go outside

Unplug something from his computer that he won't find and tell to do his work or else you won't plug it back in! lol
