this is when the fetus is developing in the woman's tubes instead of her uterous (womb) Statiscally, I don't know if it affects her getting pregnant again, but i know several women who have had this and have became pregnant and had healthy children! P.S. you have to terminate the pregancy when a etopic pregnancy occurs.

Ectopic means "out of place." In an ectopic pregnancy, a fertilized egg has implanted outside the uterus. The egg settles in the fallopian tubes more than 95% of the time. This is why ectopic pregnancies are commonly called "tubal pregnancies." The egg can also implant in the ovary, abdomen, or the cervix, so you may see these referred to as cervical or abdominal pregnancies.

None of these areas has as much space or nurturing tissue as a uterus for a pregnancy to develop. As the fetus grows, it will eventually burst the organ that contains it. This can cause severe bleeding and endanger the mother's life. A classical ectopic pregnancy never develops into a live birth.

Do not fear though, please read more at the website. There's diagrams and everything.

It's when the fertilized egg implants somewhere other then the lining of the uterus, usually in the fallopian tubes. It's not a viable pregnancy and must be terminated surgically or the tube could rupture and the mother could die. If you lose a fallopian tube it's harder to get pregnant again because only eggs ovulated from the ovary on the other side have a route to the uterus, but it's still very much possible.

Approximately 30% of women who have had ectopic pregnancies will have difficulty becoming pregnant again. Your prognosis depends mainly on the extent of the damage and the surgery that was done.

It is when the fertilized egg implants anywhere else but the uterus. It can cause many problems, such as death, but if found early it can be helped, this is during pregnancy. But if you want to get pregnant again no it not it does not cause problems of having a baby in the future. Ectopic pregnancies happen oh every so often, meaning not all the time. hope my info is helpful. I am a Student studying to become a doctor. Thank you for your time to ask this question, I love answering health questions.

Its "Ectopic Pregnancy"

Is when the fetus is growing outside the uterus, usually happens in the one of the fallopians tube, but can also happen in other places.

And unfortunately, women who have had an ectopic pregnancy are in higher risk to have another one in future pregnancies.

Good luck and God bless!

An Eptopic pregnancy is a pregnancy within the falopean tubes. If the falopean tube ruptures then the women would not be able to get pregnant on that side.

an epotic pregnacy is when the egg gets caught in the fullopian tube and is not able to go the uteris and implant. it can become very painful if it is not treated. you could have to have surgery to remove it.
