WebMD is the best site out there for any sort of physical ailment. It gives you a diagram of the body, and you click where your problem is. It then gives you a series of questions to give you some ideas of what's up.
Don't let them make you too paranoid. They suggest everything from the common cold to types of cancer. If you're really concerned, head to a doctor or emergency room.
