Hi i have PCOS and i started vitex to correct my absent periods b/c i stopped my birth control and needed a way to continue my periods and yesterday a tingley pinching type of feeling that ive never had before on my right lower abdomen could that be ovulation

i had a few cramps as well but nothing as serious as my normal menstural cramps so i just ignored it. But what im really concerned about is that tingle it lasted about 2-3 minutes and later that night in bed i had very light cramps.

it's possible, although it's not something i normally experience, it is a "sign" of ovulation.
i highly recommend the book "taking charge of your fertility" and visiting www.tcoyf.com for a TON of info and cycle help. there are also buddy groups for people with PCOS. the book and message boards over there have helped me a lot.

possable when u ovulate u get cramps
