I'm not taking sides here, but Israel has OVER-reacated. Like someone said last week or so, it's like Israel doesn't have a good strategy and all they can do now is just keep attacking. I can't stand and just HATE to see people suffer, die, get killed, starve, and that kind of stuff. They are saying Hezbollah should surrender. But why should they when it was Israel that started attacking and there are A LOT more Labonese killed because of this war. Plus Isarel has captured Lebanese and Palestienians, too. They say Lebanon has Syria and Iran on its side and stuff. They should shut up!! Israel has the U.S support the whole time, too. Let's not forget that. If not for that, they wouldn't be over doing things like they are now.
Both sides should stop attacking at the same time. I just think all people who want war are stupid and cruel (I'm talking about the leaders). They themsevles don't suffer, it's the innocent cilvilians whose lives are taken or turned upside down. I just don't get the way these people think. I mean how could they live or even eat and sleep when many people die becuase of what they think is the right thing to do? This war has got to be stopped! Many innocent people have died.

Amoura's right. Those who criticize the Lebonese are simply being racist. Just shut up and get educated. Most wars are caused by racism and greed, and it's just stupid.

b)NO. Iran is the main motivator and supplier of hezzbolah, Syria is more of an enabler. Helps with logistics and such. Because of the proximity to Lebanon. And the special "relationship" Syria has had with Lebanon.(occupation)

c.)

It depends on what they are really after in this. If the neocons are supporting it for the interests of big oil and corps, Id say all bets are off. Saddle up Syria and Iran, you may be next! I hope all the civilians have evacuation plans.

why would you want to involve Syria or Iran ?
what constructive purpose what that have ?

Simplest solution is for Hezbollah to vacate the country
they Occupy
head off into the wind and leave Lebanon to the Lebanese.

No. It is certain that at some stage Iran will without doubt get more involved than they already are and Syria will only get involved if the border region gets invaded.

This will never be resolved because the arab world want the jews out of Isreal and to have their land back, but the jews will not leave and give up "their" land this conflict will lead us all into WW3 if the west continue to interfer either we pull out of all arabic countries and let them get on with it or we carry on and then have to take sides when the first BIG BOMB goes off

Hezbollah: Hey you monkey asses, we're taking a beating here, when did Abullah say he was coming in with reinforcements??

Iran: If we go in, you can call it the End of the World. We will use our most powerful nukes on the JEWS.

Syria: We have ex-nazis from World War 2 still alive and living in our cities.

As long as the Islamo-fascists want to destroy Israel, they'll keep trying and keep getting their a$$es handed to them. Not only Iran and Syria, but Saudi Arabia and Yemen are at the top of the list and MUST be "reformed".

yes isreal would have to allow for a real sovereign Palestine that isn't broken into 2 sectors. a land swap gaza for land adjacent to the west bank. and allow the Palestinians to make there half of Jerusalem there capital. this would go a long way towards ending this damn useless war. hezbollah can't say it's trying to save Palestine. then the money and moral support dries up these things kill insurgents faster than bullets and bombs.
